We welcome licensed medical and healthcare professionals with an active Rhode Island medical license. Our medical professionals are board certified and come from leading universities around the country, providing the same innovative, high quality care as currently practiced in their fields of medicine. Retired physician volunteers, dentists, and healthcare professionals may practice on-site at the clinic with our coordinated care Team. Friend-raising Volunteers
Friend-raising volunteers assist our development team in spreading the word about the clinic. Tasks include presenting presentations to interested community groups, sharing Rhode Island Free Clinic posts on social media, sending emails or calling current and potential donors, assisting staff with event set-up and clean-up, or writing an op-ed/interview for our monthly newsletter and social media accounts.
