The new Advent MX groupset from microSHIFT is a versatile, high-quality drivetrain solution whether you are speccing a brand-new build or refreshing a trusted favorite. This 11-speed system is designed to work with any standard Shimano HG freehub body (11-speed MTB compatible).
The updated rear derailleur features a cable redirection pulley designed to maximize the efficiency of the cassette’s shift ramps, resulting in lighter, more precise gear changes across the entire range. When the trail gets rough, the upgraded clutch mechanism provides superior chain retention and quiet operation in the most demanding off-road conditions.
The shifter uses rubberized pads and has a positive, responsive feel.
The 11-50T cassette provides a massive range for climbing and speed. To balance weight and longevity, it utilizes durable steel cogs for the 11-36T range and lightweight aluminum for the 42T and 50T bail-out gears.
