Medical Services //

Our professional team of board-certified physicians, nurses, health professionals, and technicians is equipped to handle a comprehensive range of medical conditions and diseases, routine illnesses, and general medical services. All without a bill.

We are committed to ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care – thanks to the excellence of our volunteers and community partners.

Patient Assistance Program //

The Patient Assistance Program (PAP) is a vital part of the Clinic’s services, as it allows us to provide our patients with name-brand medications for free. Many of the major pharmaceutical companies have assistance programs or foundations that provide name brand medications free to patients who do not have the means to otherwise pay for these medications.

To get these medications, the Clinic works with our patients to complete a PAP application on behalf of the patient. The Clinic’s volunteers act as Patient Care Advocates on their behalf, managing the application process for our patients. Our volunteers then negotiate with the pharmaceutical company offering the appropriate medication. If the application is approved, the company will ship the medication to the Clinic, and the patient can pick it up.

The Clinic’s volunteer program is tasked with completing applications, making sure documentation is accurate, placing subsequent medication refills, and helping patients reapply when their application nears expiration.
