Administrators
Administrators is a word that hardly captures the compassion and commitment of the individuals who make Rhode Island Free Clinic run smoothly. Our volunteer administrative staff consists of 100 people. The staff includes some 32 interpreters who speak fluent Spanish, Cambodian, and French. It includes receptionists, clerical assistants, patient schedulers, care and prescription coordinators.

Through a two-year, $50,000 Rhode Island Foundation grant, our administrative staff also includes a data entry team assigned to converting the clinic’s all-paper records to electronic files. This will mean building, implementing, and maintaining a database for storing and tracking all volunteer staff, patient demographics and clinical diagnosis and outcome records, and philanthropic donations for the clinic.
